 Introduction to Psychological Health & Safety in the Workplace

This 40-minute complementary online presentation is provided at no charge, and introduces management and their employees to the importance of psychological health and safety in the workplace. 


90-minute Leadership Training: Introduction to Diversity & Inclusion, Psychological Safety, & Employee Engagement

Providing organizations with an understanding of how to promote a culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging, through the development of psychological health and safety policies and procedures, resulting in increased employee engagement and productivity. 


90-minute Employee Training: Introduction to Emotional Intelligence & Hardiness & Resilience

Providing management and their staff with an understanding of how they can help to support their organization's initiatives in implementing psychological health and safety in the workplace through an understanding and development of their own emotional intelligence and hardiness and resilience competencies.

Do you view coping with Covid-19 as a challenge or as an overwhelming threat?

This workshop is offered to leaders, managers, and frontline employees in a variety of industries. to help cope with the Covid-19 Pandemic. Participants complete an HRG self-scoring instrument online, taking 10 to 15 minutes, prior to attending the four-hour workshop.

Learning Outcomes:

  1. An understanding of Hardiness and Resilience
  2. An awareness of our one’s own hardiness level through the interpretation of the report, along with the 3 qualities (Challenge, Control and Commitment) contained in that report that make up a person’s hardiness level
  3. Strategies on how leaders can build or develop each of these three qualities in others, while enhancing their own stress resilience and adaptability across a range of circumstances

Challenge: Seeing change and new experiences as exciting opportunities to learn and develop. 

Control: Having a sense of self-efficacy and believing in one's ability to control or influence events and outcomes. 

Commitment: Being engaged in one’s life and seeing the world and day-to-day activities as interesting, meaningful, and having purpose.
