Competency = Knowledge + Skills + Attitude

Knowledge is practical information gained through learning and experience. It is a prerequisite for learning skills. Skills, on the other hand, refer to the ability to perform specific tasks, and Attitude, involves how people react to  to certain situations and how they behave in general. We need all three to succeed.
