Job Description:
• Lead the production shift to complete the production plan with high productivity and quality
• Based on HACCP requirements, optimize production processes and procedures
• Monitor the production performance with continuous improvement in cost reduction
• Responsible for production health and safety
• Make training plans for new workers, provide on-site support for on-boarding process
• Monitor and optimize production planning to ensure the yield
• Overview SOP documentations
• Ensure 5S and Kaizen activities
Qualifications:
• Over 3 years of experience in food production, experienced in seafood and meat processing is highly appreciated
• Strong understanding of HACCP requirements in a food processing facility
• Strong leadership for a multicultural team
• A quick decision maker in addressing complicated issues
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
• Excellent performance under time pressure
• Experienced in working at a cooler production environment
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance on a frequent basis Job

Reporting to the Specialty/Burger Production Supervisor, the Production Worker may be responsible for preparing, assembling, or packing specialty products at their Richmond location.
Shifts: Multiple shifts available.
Hours: Monday to Friday. Start time varies between 5:00 am to 8:30am

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Cut, dice, and flatten chicken
• Stuff chicken with meat and cheese
• Constantly maintain a clean and safe worksite before, during, and after production activities
• Feed and unload processing machines
• Accurately measure and pour ingredients into proper machinery
• Safely load, unload, and transfer product to and from equipment or conveyors
• Product quality checks: specification, packaging, produce, seal integrity
• Dispose of garbage including boxes and bags
• Report any quality defects during production
• Follow and complete production schedule
• Commitment to Food Safety by adhering to HACCP and CFIA hygiene rules / sanitary work practices
