The organizational development path includes the introduction to diversity and inclusion, and training in developing psychological safety and employee engagement. The individual path includes assessing and developing the competencies of your staff so necessary if the diversity and inclusion policies and procedures implemented by the organization are to succeed. These include the 15 emotional intelligence competencies, and the ability to recognize and adapt to the four different social styles in the workplace.
