The following three hour workshops are delivered in 2x90 minute modules 


Introduction to Social Styles

  •  This 3 hours of training develops interpersonal skills that lead to  higher performance for both the individual and the organization. 


Using  TRACOM’s popular and proven SOCIAL STYLE Model,™ this half-day session  delivers long-term benefits. The instructor-led course walks participants  through a series of exercises, video vignettes, and focused discussions  that raise awareness of the workplace behaviors and communication  preferences that directly affect the ability of employees to work together effectively. 


Participants will learn how to recognize these behavioral and  communication preferences and adjust their own behaviors to create  productive working relationships with individuals of all SOCIAL STYLE's.

Do you view coping with Covid-19 as a challenge or as an overwhelming threat?

This 3 hours of training is offered to leaders, managers, and front-line employees in a variety of industries. to help cope with the Covid-19 Pandemic . It includes two 90-minute trainings specifically focused on Hardiness & Resilience. 


Participants complete an HRG self-scoring instrument online prior to attending the training.

• Strategies on how leaders can build or develop each of these three qualities in others, while enhancing their own stress resilience and adaptability across a range of circumstances

The Forgetting Curve

 As the saying goes "Use it or Lose it."
It's important to utilize the skills we learn during training as soon as possible in order to retain that information moving forward.
According to research, learners on average forget 70% of what they learn within 24 hours of taking a training. Several recent studies, show that up to 90% of information is lost after only one week. A further learning survey revealed that only 12% of learners apply the skills from the training back to their regular work.
