EQ-i Workplace Report

The Bar On Eq-I measures your emotional intelligence—how well you understand and manage emotions in yourself and others. It’s a powerful tool for improving self-awareness, relationships, and performance, ideal for personal growth, coaching, and leadership development.

Social Styles Self Perception Profile Report

This tool helps individuals understand their own communication and interaction style. Based on TRACOM’s Social Style Model, it classifies behavior into four styles (Driving, Expressive, Amiable, Analytical) and offers guidance for improving interpersonal effectiveness.

Hardiness & Resilience Gauge

The Hardiness Resilience Gauge (HRG) measures how well a person handles stress. It gives a Total Hardiness score plus three key scores for Challenge, Control, and Commitment, which predict resilience.
