This tool helps individuals understand their own communication and interaction style. Based on TRACOM’s Social Style Model, it classifies behavior into four styles (Driving, Expressive, Amiable, Analytical) and offers guidance for improving interpersonal effectiveness.
The Hardiness Resilience Gauge (HRG) measures how well a person handles stress. It gives a Total Hardiness score plus three key scores for Challenge, Control, and Commitment, which predict resilience.
