Our Online Community Group was established in 2021 and hosted by CommonSenseHR. We are a community of conscious leaders from both for profit and non-profit organizations, who are passionate about promoting Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. Our members include professionals working for BC Hydro, Fortis, Centrix, MHS, CPHR, Canucks Place, Back in Motion and YMCA. We meet once a month and share an online platform called Heartbeat for communicating between meetings.

Our Steering Committee is made up of our community management team. Our Mastermind Group includes our Founding Members who work to organize and share content contributed by our Members at Large.
