Dec 22, 2025 Nadeen Whitcutt nadeen.whitcutt@backinmotion.com Excellent We all have and perceive different micro aggressions and micro affirmations so it\'s valuable to learn about this to best be a support for your team. It was really interesting learning about the different learning styles and how we all handle stress and conflict. I think its important and valuable to be aware of this, especially when leading a team where employees will vary as well. We are human and we need to learn about and take care of our own stresses to be able to lead a team and be there for others. I loved this course. It was interesting to hear that so many of our managers share feelings of confidence and area for growth in similar areas, such as being direct. Bystander Intervention - 5 D\'s. I would like to exercise that muscle more. As well as keeping an eye on each persons social styles and how that weaves into day-to-day\'s. Yes Hearing that other managers experienced similar feelings or situations was very comforting. Usually all of our meetings or emails are work related, so it was a wonderful refresher that we are all human. Yes In my role, I am sometimes a bridge and a voice for those that are uncomfortable expressing how they are feeling or struggles with other staff. I always value this role and acknowledge its importance, so I will continue to support others as best as I can. Documenting and checking in will be my two most focused on. While I enjoyed the breakout rooms, I thought the group conversations kept the flow of conversation going more and it was great to hear different opinions/stories. Even seeing people nodding along to a situation felt as if that person wasn\'t alone in their experience. Great courses! Very valuable information for everyone. Thank you!!
Jan 6, 2026 Ellen Luk ellenl@backinmotion.com Excellent It was an aha moment seeing the difference between equality and equity. we are unique creatures and one accommodation may not work for others. It\'s important that people can show up as themselves and feel safe doing so and know that they will be supported and belong. Understanding how different social styles deal with situations and using this understanding to create stronger teams. Building on our knowledge of social styles and how different styles deal with stress is important to recognize so that we can better support one another. Meaningful ways to support someone who has been victimized. It\'s not unusual to consider personal safety but can still support someone in other ways. I need to learn other ways in which to intervene at my comfort level. Stress hardiness - recognizing when someone is stressed and having a strategy to support them. Somewhat I\'m a complicated being. 🙂 I think I know when I\'m stressed. I have to be better at giving myself permission for self-care. Somewhat I have a ways to go, but I think I have more things in my toolbox. I really like the discussion within the breakout rooms. I think it was really valuable and gave everyone an opportunity to be more active in the workshops. It was great to hear other manager\'s experiences and how they dealt with things. It was supportive and nice to know that I wasn\'t the only one dealing with certain issues. This evaluation really made me think!
Jan 6, 2026 Brittni Santos Brittni.Santos@backinmotion.com Good It was great to have a better understanding of potential internal biases going into situations Nice to better understand why I might be reacting in certain ways based off of the self-identification quiz Better understanding with how limits/boundaries may depend on the individual but how to better plan to ensure proper support to entire team Enjoyed tips that the team members had with handling everyday situations Ensuring better check-ins/supports for team is available in different methods to ensure providing space for honesty across all types of individuals Yes No response was incorrect, and each example was a nice stepping stone to build off of Yes I feel a lot more confident and secure in what I am able to action in my position. I really enjoyed the last session the most with the opportunity to discuss with other team members I don\'t usually get to connect with to learn from them & get a better perspective Stick to it with an open mind & be ready to collaborate with your peers!
